Iram Fareen, Publicity and Admin Worker
Iram has a working background in customer service and as a support worker for elderly people. She enjoys working for ShipShape because it is a health and wellbeing centre and helps to improve people’s health and encourages them to make positive changes to their health.

Don Gooden, Senior Health Trainer
Don has a background as a Firefighter with South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. Since then he has worked as a Health Champion Volunteer, a Smoking Cessation Advisor, run a chronic pain support swimming group and worked as a Health Trainer for Zest as well as more recently for ShipShape. Don enjoys working for ShipShape as it involves being part of a team delivering much needed services to some of the most vulnerable people within the community.

Katy Hill, Health Trainer
Katy is a Health Trainer for Shipshape, having previously volunteered at the Centre. This is a rewarding and fulfilling role where she supports and empowers clients to manage long term health conditions. She has a background in nutrition, health promotion and the voluntary and community sectors. She is very happy to be part of the workers' co-op and enjoys the supportive and friendly atmosphere. It’s great that the staff, volunteers and clients share an enthusiasm and passion for health, wellbeing and community.

Samia Masood, Health Trainer
Samia has 14 years of working experiences in volunteering and paid work in the community sector. She enjoys working for ShipShape because Ship Shape is a diverse community organisation, a welcoming, warm and friendly place It can also promote health awareness through events and trainings. It offers volunteering to develop and build skills where people can make healthy and positive choices to move forward.

Saima Rehman, Community Link Worker and Health Trainer
Saima has 10 years of work experience in voluntary and community sector, doing health promotion and community work. She enjoys working for ShipShape because it is a health promotion organisation, a welcoming place for the community where people get support to improve their health and wellbeing and make positive changes to their health.

Tom Payton-Greene, Men's Health Worker
Tom has been volunteering on youth and community projects for over ten years. As a filmmaker he worked predominantly on charity projects and campaigns, before changing career to work closer with people and grassroots organisations. His focus is on Men's mental health and wellbeing, which he has worked in the past 4 years. Tom also works on the Communications & IT for Shipshape
