ShipShape runs a variety of exercise sessions. 

 

Currently running at present:

Walking Football

Runs on Tuesdays. At 12.30pm meet at ShipShape for a chat and a cuppa and walk together to Umix Centre for start of football at 1.00pm. 

Alternatively meet at Umix Centre,17 Asline Road, Sheffield S2 4UJ. 

Cost: £1.00 unwaged, £2.00 waged. Drop in.

This lively, friendly session runs on Wednesdays 11.00am-12.00pm at ShipShape.
