ShipShape supports people with diabetes in several ways:

 

One-to-one through the Health Trainer service.  Free. At ShipShape and selected GP surgeries in the Sharrow, Broomhall, City Centre, Hackenthorpe, Birley, Sothall and Mosborough areas, together with various agencies where our Health Trainers do outreach work.  Please enquire at ShipShape for an appointment.

Through the Ladies Health and Wellbeing Drop-In on Wednesdays 10.30-1.00pm at ShipShape. 

£1.00 for an exercise class - 11am-12pm

Through our 2 x yearly Diabetes Education Programmes run at various venues including ShipShape and local GP surgeries.
